Our range includes complete filling lines for polyethylene terephthalate bottles, glass bottles and cans, as well as aseptic filling lines. Depending on the system, these may include, amongst other things, blow moulding machines, rinsers, fillers, cappers, labellers, packaging machines, palletisers and conveyor systems.

Complete filling lines are used in the beverage industry for processing polyethylene terephthalate bottles, glass bottles and cans. These include, amongst others, production lines for water, carbonated soft drinks, beer and other beverages.
In addition to conventional filling lines, we also offer used aseptic polyethylene terephthalate bottle filling lines, for example for the filling of juices and tea-based drinks. With these systems, particular attention must be paid to the existing aseptic technology, process components and product requirements.
For new production projects, capacity expansions or the modernisation of existing plants, we design and configure complete filling lines in accordance with our customers’ requirements. In doing so, we can source suitable used machines, overhaul existing plant components and, where necessary, supplement these with new machines.

Yes. In addition to used and reconditioned machines, we can also source new machines and offer them as part of a complete filling line. This applies both to complete lines assembled by us and to the expansion or modernisation of existing plants. The selection is made in accordance with the technical requirements, the desired output and the necessary interfaces between the individual machines.
Yes, of course. In addition to sales, the direct purchase of used complete filling lines and production plants is also part of our core business. On request, we can handle the entire process – from valuation and purchase through to professional dismantling and loading, right through to the removal of the plant. Thanks to our many years of experience and our international network, we are interested in purchasing both individual machines and complete filling lines and production plants.
Yes. We undertake, on a project-by-project basis, the dismantling, loading and transport of complete filling lines, as well as their installation and commissioning at the new production site. In doing so, we take into account the existing machine configuration, conveyor systems, interfaces and local conditions. The specific scope of services is determined in accordance with the requirements and the condition of the respective plant.
Yes. We offer overhauls, maintenance and retrofits for beverage machinery. With our own mechanics, electricians, programmers and CNC turning and milling facilities, we are able to carry out various technical modifications. If required, we can also source additional used or new machines to supplement existing filling lines or replace individual plant components. We assess technical feasibility on a project-by-project basis.
