Filling machines from various manufacturers for different filling processes

Modernised. Fully reconditioned. Converted.

The choice of a suitable filling machine depends on the product to be filled and its properties, the container format, the filling process used and the required filling output.

Our range includes filling technology from renowned manufacturers such as:

Krones – KHS – Sidel – GAI – Framax – Leibinger – Kosme – Procomac – O+H – Eurostar – Comac – KHS SEN – Krones-Ampack – other manufacturers

Different filling technologies are used depending on the application. In addition to individual filling machines, we offer combined rinser-filler-capper triblocks, monoblocks and complete filling lines. Aseptic filling systems are also part of our scope.

An overview of the main filling processes and versions:

  • Pressure and counter-pressure fillers: For carbonated beverages such as beer, mineral water, soft drinks and other CO₂-containing products.
  • Vacuum fillers: Particularly for filling suitable still beverages such as wine into glass bottles.
  • Gravity fillers: For the non-pressurised filling of suitable liquid products.
  • Piston fillers: For volumetric dosing and filling processes, including products with higher viscosity.
  • Aseptic filling systems: For products and applications that require aseptic filling.

In addition to trading in used filling machines, we can overhaul and modernise existing systems and convert them for new requirements. If required, we source suitable machines or assemble filling systems from different components.

Typical applications of our filling technology

From beverage filling to special media

Our filling machines are used in various industrial filling processes. In the beverage industry, this includes the filling of water, beer, wine, juices, soft drinks and other still or carbonated drinks. Depending on the machine model, glass bottles, polyethylene terephthalate bottles, cans and other container formats can be processed.

In addition, we specialise in filling technology for specialised media and applications outside the scope of traditional beverage processes. This includes, for example, the filling of liquid products into canisters, as well as systems for specific container sizes and non-standard formats.

For requirements that cannot be met with existing standard machines, we offer the procurement, modification or bespoke manufacture of suitable filling systems. In doing so, we take into account, amongst other things, the product, the desired filling method, the container geometry and the required production capacity.

Machine conversion, retrofitting and modernisation

In addition to trading in used machines, we offer a comprehensive range of technical services for the adaptation and modernisation of existing machines and production lines.

With our own workshop, CNC manufacturing facilities and expertise in mechanical, electrical and programming engineering, we are able to carry out a wide range of work in-house. Our aim is to ensure that existing machinery can continue to be used to meet new production requirements and to adapt it technically.

Our services include:

  • Format conversion: Adapting existing machines to different bottle formats and container geometries.
  • Mechanical modifications: Adaptation and manufacture of mechanical components and any required change parts.
  • Retrofitting: Adding to or adapting machine components and technical functions, insofar as the existing machine design permits.
  • Electrical modernisation: Adaptation and replacement of electrical components and control systems.
  • Container alignment: Testing and project-specific implementation of alignment functions on suitable machines.
  • Overhaul and maintenance: Mechanical and electrical repair work, as well as testing of existing machine components.
  • Dismantling and commissioning: Professional dismantling, loading, transport organisation, installation and commissioning at the new production site.

The scope of a conversion or retrofit depends on the specific machine model, the existing equipment and the technical requirements.

Frequently asked questions about used filling machines

We offer a range of filling systems, including pressure fillers, counter-pressure fillers, vacuum fillers, gravity fillers and piston fillers. Our range also includes aseptic filling systems, combined filler-capper units, triblocks and complete filling lines. The choice of the appropriate filling method depends on the product characteristics, the container, the required output and the requirements of the filling process.

We deal in filling technology from various manufacturers, including Krones, KHS, Sidel, GAI, Framax, Leibinger, Kosme, Procomac, O+H, Eurostar and Comac. In addition, we can source further manufacturers and machine types through our international network. The availability of individual machines depends on current stock and the relevant technical requirements.

Yes. In addition to used and reconditioned machines, we also develop and manufacture our own filling machines – such as canister fillers – tailored to individual customer requirements. We can accommodate different container sizes, special formats, products and media. The technical design, the filling process and the desired level of automation are tailored to each specific project. Alternatively, we can source suitable existing equipment or modify it for the respective application.

Yes. We assess and carry out technical modifications and conversions on used filling machines. This may include, for example, format changes, adjustments to the filling technology or integration into existing filling lines. Whether a conversion is technically feasible and economically viable depends on the type of machine available, the filling process, the product and the extent of the conversion required.

Yes. Our range of services includes the overhaul, maintenance, modernisation and technical adaptation of filling machines, as well as their dismantling, loading, transport, installation and commissioning. With our own workshop, CNC manufacturing facilities, skilled mechanical and electrical engineers, and programming capabilities, we are able to carry out a wide range of work in-house. The specific services provided are tailored to the condition of the machinery and the project requirements.
